A: Customization is supported, including machine body color, brand logo printing, claw grip strength adjustment range, game time limit, prize probability, etc. Customization details can be confirmed with the sales team in advance.
 
Q4: Do you support OEM/ODM services for claw machines?
A: Yes, we have a professional R&D team that can provide full-process ODM services (including structural design, software development, and appearance customization), and we also offer OEM services (printing your brand logo on standard models).
 
Q5: What voltage and plug standards do your claw machines support?
A: Standard claw machines support 110V (suitable for North America) and 220V (suitable for the EU, Asia, etc.), and other voltage specifications can be customized; the plug can be matched to local standards based on the shipping address (such as US Type B, European Type C/F, UK Type G, etc.).
 
Q6: What is the minimum order quantity for claw machines?
A: The minimum order quantity for standard models is 1 unit, and for customized models it is 10 units.
 
Q7: What after-sales technical support do you provide for the claw machines?
A: We have a 12-month warranty. We also provide 24/7 online technical guidance and video tutorials.
 
Q8: What payment methods do you support for bulk orders?
A: We support wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), PayPal (for small orders), and Western Union. For orders exceeding $50,000, flexible payment terms can be negotiated (e.g., 30% deposit + 70% before shipment).
 
Q9: How do I confirm my order and track production progress?
A: After confirming the product specifications and price, we will issue a pro forma invoice. Production will begin upon receipt of the deposit; weekly progress updates (including production photos/videos) will be sent until shipment.
 
Q10: Do you support door-to-door delivery or only port-to-port shipping?
A: We support both FOB (port-to-port) and DDP (door-to-door) shipping services. DDP includes customs clearance and tax payment, saving you the local customs clearance process (the quote already includes these costs).
 
Q11: What is the delivery time for claw machine orders?
A: Standard models can be shipped within 15-20 business days after the deposit is received; customized models require 25-30 business days; delivery times for bulk orders of 50 units or more can be negotiated separately.
 
Q12: How do I apply for warranty service?
A: Please provide your order number, photos/videos of the faulty product, and a detailed description of the problem to our after-sales team. Our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide a solution within 48 hours.
